When will my order be dispatched?

We take pride in our quick service. Orders are processed within 1-2 business day and then dispatched through trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post, or New Zealand Post, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Throughout end of November and beginning of December we have very high demand and limited stock. Thus, expected delivery times are:

United States: 5-13 business days

Australia: 5-13 business days

Canada: 5-8 business days

New Zealand: 3-5 business days

United Kingdom: 5-13 business days

Why are my items being shipped separately?

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different international warehouses to ensure you receive the fastest delivery possible. In cases where a product is popular and on backorder, we might send available items separately to avoid delays.

Return Policy

Returns

At Cura & Co, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how our return process works:

Return Window:

  • You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Ensure you have your Order Number or proof of purchase ready to initiate a return.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Return Process:

  • Locate your order number in your confirmation email.
  • After verifying your mailing address, we will issue a return label via email.
  • Due to increased order volumes, allow up to 21 days post-receipt of the product to process your refund.

Store Credit

Eligibility:

  • If your return falls outside the standard criteria but the item is UNUSED and in its original condition, store credit may be available.
  • This option is offered for items beyond the 60-day return window, provided there are no signs of use.

  • If the original packaging is missing, ensure the item is well-packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email, is required for store credit eligibility.

Refunds

Processing:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Please allow up to 21 days for this process.

Method of Refund:

Store Credit for Ineligible Items:

  • For items ineligible for a refund but qualifying for store credit, we will provide a code corresponding to your item's purchase value.
